Râurile unite ale României
Suntem onorați să celebrăm Anul Marii Uniri cu Flotila România Centenar formată din șase ambarcațiuni din lemn care reprezintă provinciile istorice care au săvârșit Marea Unire a României în 1918: Țara Românească, Moldova, Transilvania, Basarabia, Bucovina și Dobrogea.
În România, avem o bucățică de pământ absolut specială, o zonă verde în formă de inimă, numită Delta Dunării. S-ar putea chiar să fie cel mai frumos loc de pe Pământ. Acolo, toate apele curgătoare, care poartă povești din toate colțurile țării noastre, se unesc și își continuă călătoria împreună.
Am simțit că Centenarul este o ocazie perfectă pentru a purta povestea Râurilor Unite ale României peste granițe și de a o prezenta cu mândrie în fața întregii lumi.

United Rivers of Romania
The Romanian Centenary Regatta is privileged to honour Centennial Romania, with a six-woodenboats fleet depicting the six historic provinces that accomplished the Great Union of 1918: Wallachia, Moldova, Transylvania, Bessarabia, Bucovina, and Dobrogea.
In Romania, we have a special piece of land, a heart-shaped green area called the Danube Delta. It may just be the most beautiful spot on Earth and it’s where all the running waters, that carry stories from all corners of our country, unite and continue their journey together, as one.
We felt that the Centenary is the perfect opportunity to take the story of United Rivers of Romania across the borders and proudly present it to the entire world.

Ivan Patzachin caută șase echipaje care să vâslească în The Great River Race, pe Tamisa, pe 8 septembrie, în FLOTILA ROMÂNIA CENTENAR.
